This is the Proof of Concept art for the Ship's Seal of the E.O.C.S. Pearl Harbor. I've had this idea kicking around for a long while.
For my Sci-Fi Project I had long ago decided, as a nod to various anime and the spirit of WWII bomber crews, that I wanted many of the Capital Ships to have something akin to Nose Art. While it would not always be on the nose (in the case of the Pearl Harbor it will be closer to the rear) it will often feature that pin-up style of feeling or whimsical nature. The idea for the Pearl Harbor Hula girl has been kicking around my head ever since I kitbashed the design for the Andromeda III class flag battleships - so here we are, about 10 years later and I finally made progress on it.
So... at this pace, Episode 1 of my OVA will be debuting sometime in 2750. I hope to see everyone there
